Boutique Sales & Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To monitor daily sales activities and routine operations of assigned Fiffy boutiques.
  • Monitoring retail’s facilities includes of providing staff and customer a safe and clean store environment
  • Ensure standards for quality of customer service and respond to customer complaints and comments.
  • Daily base on the sales floor, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues
  • Coordinating and drive efforts in achieving planned sales target, promotion items, sales fairs, and events for each boutique.
  • Responsible to achieve sales target and maintain high efficiency in boutique operations.
  • Managing manpower (Boutique sales assistants and supervisor) on duty roaster to maintain enough manpower for business operation as usual. 
  • Recruit, lead and guide boutique sales assistants in terms of sales and service skills (greeting customers, offering assistance to customers), ensuring good standard merchandising display and compliance to company operating procedures.
  • Working closely with Management and train boutique sales assistants and supervisors.
  • Handling stock consolidation, inventory control
  • Actively support stock take, sales fairs, new outlet(s) opening, and movements as required. 
  • Maintaining good communication with head office to discuss boutique operational issues.
  • Ensure that operational system is promptly updated and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent or relevant working experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Willing to learn, possess valid driving license, willing to travel.
  • Independent, takes initiative and is self-motivated. 
  • Detailed oriented and good time management skills is required
  • Willing to participate in company activities/events.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office (Excel/Word)
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays depending on business needs
