Responsibility and Authority
1. Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
2. Perform bookkeeping and clerical functions
3. Mail checks to both other business and employees
4. Keeping track of payment customer, supplier and cash records.
5. Supporting supervisory by performing any assigned accounting and clerical task
6. Protects organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
7. Others related jobs assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualification, Experience and Skill
1. Minimum Secondary school qualification with or without working experience.
2. Sound knowledge on computer knowledge on Microsoft office application
