Sales Assistant

 1. Initiate, develop and track all major painting projects  which are strategically important to SKSHU Product.

2. Promote SKSHU Product with the objective of getting our product specified by fabricators and extruders, special cases will follow up with developers, architects, contractors and other relevant consultants.

3. Execute key account mapping with planned actions to improve the building component market share.

4. Work closely with the Marketing Team to secure the paint coating specification.

5. Provide new potential project information for the sales personnel to follow up. Liaise with sales personnel on the follow-up progress until award stage.

6. Identify the key decision makers for key projects and to establish the customers’ purchasing criteria.

7. Monitor the trend of the industry and competitor activities by providing feedback so that an effective marketing strategy can be formulated.

8. To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

9. To develop business opportunities and build relationships with architects, consultants and developers.

10. To prepare and conduct presentations to architects, consultants and developers whenever deemed necessary.

11. To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.

12. Experiential in paint coating products and application methods, capable of developing customer’s relationship by providing technical information through training and presentation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Preferred experiential candidates.

2. Candidates must possess at least  Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Business related field or equivalent.

3. Preferably Executive specialized in Sales - Project or equivalent.

4. Minimum 2 years’ experience in paint coatings projects, constructions project and dealers market sales preferred.

5. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

6. Ability to meet assigned deadlines and sales targets.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Able to work in a team and high efficiency for assigned work tasks.

9. Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibilities, willing to travel.

10. Independent and able to multitask and work under minimal daily supervision to accomplish objectives.

11. Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, Management and external agencies.
