Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluation of activities, costs, operations, budgets & forecast data to determine branch progress towards company's Vision.
  • Managing budgets and monitor branch performance.
  • Financial controls, legislation, and relevant fleet control.
  • Must be able to work efficiently within a high-volume operation, requires strong communication and people management skills being able to calculative strong business relationships on multiple levels.
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirement.
  • Resolve customer issues timely and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree with over 5 years experiences in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in managerial capacity is required
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in transport (trucking) operation and customer service.
  • Excellence in managing and leadership skills.
  • Able to wrok independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, solid management/conflict resolution abilities with high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
