Main Objective
· Execute, Manage and Ensure projects with quality delivered on time
Administrative Tasks
· Assist in general customer services such as following up and meeting customers.
Technical and Project Management
· Assist consultants to conceptualize and create business solutions
· Projects using formal project management methodology or Agile methodology
· Prepare and Conduct User Acceptation Test (UAT)
· Prepare and Conduct user training
· Communicate ongoing project status to stakeholders and collaborators
Customer Support
- Phone and email support during office hours, and off-office hours
- Support existing software applications, software services
- Customer services inclusive of following up with customers and meeting customers.
1. Requirements:
· Experience: Min 2 Years experience in SDLC software development projects and Support and Maintenance
· Good communication skills and fluent in English
· Project Management Certification is a plus for e.g. PMP, CITPM
· At least 3 years experience in SDLC software development projects and S&M
· Must be able to commit to travel to Singapore up to twice a month (if required).
Qualification:
· Min Diploma/Degree in Computing / Information Technology
· Project Management Certification is a plus for e.g. PMP, CITPM
