■ Job description:
- To achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Project planning- site organisation, site requirement, and work schedule to ensure the project runs smoothly according to plan.
- To liaise with the client, the main contractor, SO, designers, architect, engineer, etc
- To monitor sub-contractor progress off-site and on-site and attend all site meetings.
- To ensure quality performance of projects within guidelines, specifications and compliance with the authorization requirement.
- To develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and industry.
- Planning & design of HVAC system (HVAC means Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
-Brief customers on the operation & maintenance of equipment after successful
commissioning.
- Ensure proactive and effective management of change.
- Attend to customer's call and provide technical assistance either at site or via phone.
- To provide solutions for customers related to HVAC matters
- To provide customer service to contract customer in order to maintain customer base and enhance customer satisfaction.
- To provide prompt respond to customer complaint
- Understand client’s requirement, managing overall task from proposing solution
(quotation, procurement, construction, commissioning, dealing with supplier &
subcontractor ...)
- Travelling to client site (Shah Alam, Seremban).
■ Requirements:
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
-Minimum 8-10years’ experience in machinery (HVAC equipment) installation or
maintenance.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
【Prefer】
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as Malaysia Standard (MS) is preferred
