JOB DESCRIPTION: 

1. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
2. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
3. Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
4. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
5. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentation slides, and conduct research.
6. Greet and assist visitors.
7. Dealing with exhibition suppliers and other office equipment suppliers.
8. Provide sales vs projection results but preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
9. Maintains customer database by insulating customer profiles and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
10. Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses and forwarding reimbursement.
11. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

QUALIFICATION:

1. At least diploma in related administration field.
2. Prior administrative experience.
3. Excellent computer skills and communication skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
6. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
7. Independent and able to multitask and work under minimal daily supervision to accomplish objectives.
