Primary Objective:


The primary objective of resource management is to ensure a seamless experience for the staff and other people associated with management and organisation goals. This will include ensuring availability of human resources, data analysis, reward system, on-time payroll and ensuring the comliances. This will help our company to achieve organization goals, work culture, team integration, training and development, employee motivation, work force empowerment.



Job Duties & Responsible:


·         Manage the staff process, including, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-board, onboard training

·         All of the human resources related action is compliant with all local, state and federal regulations

·         Develop training materials and performance management programs with link to benefits and reward system.

·         Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep strategy up to date

·         Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to the resolution

·         Ensure the organisation’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations

·         Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback team

·         Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently

·         Maintain company organisation charts and employee directory

·         Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

·         Maintain HR related systems and process

·         Monitoring payroll process.

·         Conduct performance and salary review

·         Any others related tasks for human resources and admin* task.


*Admin including

1. Repair and Maintenance

2. Routine office work




1.    Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

2.    More than 5 years as human resources manager

3.    Excellent in Human Resources software



Working day:

1.    Monday to Friday 8am to 5.45am
