Senior Sales Executive

Establish new customers, build good rapport with new or existing customers to enhance customer’s satisfaction and retention.
• Provide professional solutions and quotations according to customers’ requirements.
• Involve and work closely with internal product management group and manufacturing group to identify customers’ requirements professionally.
• Conduct pre or post sales presentation and product demonstration to customers.
Extremely comfortable with technical applications and cover all product knowledge to provide best supports to end user.
• Determine sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Generate sales revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solution, forecasting & closing sales.
• Explore, develop and execute sales strategies in achieving sales objectives.
• Meeting Quarterly and Yearly sales target.

• Diploma/Degree in Industrial / Electronics / Mechatronic / Chemical Engineering / Technology / Physic or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in mechanical and electrical products is required.
• Experience in power backup solution or industrial pump will be added advantages
• Candidate must be an independent person who is self disciplined and self motivated with strong communication, presentation, leadership and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skill, highly adaptive to fast and dynamic working environment.
• Willing to travel frequently either domestic or abroad.
